Terms & Conditions

Scope of Driver Duties

Drivers shall not be sent on personal errands or assigned responsibilities outside the agreed scope of their professional duties.

Engagement Limitations

Drivers must not be engaged in any activities beyond their designated role and service obligations.

Custody of Client Property

Drivers are not permitted to handle, store, or take responsibility for any client property or valuables, whether of high value or not.

Trip Authorization

Drivers are not allowed to embark on any trip without the client (or authorized passenger) present.

Vehicle & Documentation Check

All required vehicle documents, safety checks, and inspections must be completed before the commencement of any trip.

Order Validity & Cancellation

Orders will be automatically cancelled without refund if the details provided in the driver request form are found to be inaccurate or different upon the driver's arrival.
